Do you have a trial period?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan, giving you full access to all features with no limitations. After the trial, you'll need to subscribe to continue using the power-up. Without a subscription, you can still access reported data but won’t be able to track time. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Can any member start a trial and subscribe?

Only the workspace admin possesses the authority to subscribe to the Pro plan at the trial's conclusion. If a regular workspace member wishes to continue with the Pro plan after the trial period, they'll need to request the admin to handle the subscription process.

Do you charge per user or per board?

Our Pro plan costs $10 per month as a flat rate, no matter how many users or boards you have. The pricing applies to a single workspace.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription before your next billing period. Your billing page will display the date of the next billing. You can also see the date in your invoice. Please note that we can't offer refunds for partial usage or the remaining time in your subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit or debit cards. The process is handled by Stripe.

Which currency will I be charged in?

The payment will be in US dollars, but the actual debit currency may depend on your card.
