Cookies (Trello power-up)

When you use Time Tracking Power-Up by Everhour (further “Powerup”), we and our subprocessors may use “cookies”, “web beacons”, and similar devices to track your activity with the Powerup.

Cookies are tiny text files sent to your computer to enable the services to identify particular users.

Web beacons are small graphic data, also known as single-pixel GIFs or clear GIFs, that recognize user activity. They show if and how often a user has visited a website.

We use these technologies to enable Powerup and its features to function properly, to help you navigate Powerup as easily as possible. We do not use these technologies to spy on you or otherwise invade your privacy. You can disable cookies and tracking technologies through your web browser.

The types of cookies that we use are:

  • Strictly necessary cookies – we include these cookies in order for certain web pages to function properly. For this reason, they do not require your consent. These cookies do not store any information that can identify you.
  • Performance cookies – they store visitor preferences allowing us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. Information collected by these cookies is anonymous.
  • Functional cookies – they enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.
  • Targeting cookies – they are used to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites. They do not store directly personal information, but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device. We also use cookies for analytical and advertising purposes. Such cookies collect information on how users use Powerup and the effectiveness of our advertising.

Google Analytics _gat Used to throttle request rate. If Google Analytics is deployed via Google Tag Manager, this cookie will be named _dc_gtm_<property-id>
Google Analytics _gac_<property-id> Contains campaign related information for the user. If Google Analytics and AdWords accounts linked, AdWords website conversion tags will read this cookie unless you opt-out
Google Analytics AMP_TOKEN Contains a token that can be used to retrieve a Client ID from the AMP Client ID service. Other possible values indicate opt-out, inflight request or an error retrieving a Client ID from AMP Client ID service
Helpscout Analytical cookies, Tracking cookies HelpScout is our helpdesk software. Any support email sent to us gets processed by HelpScout. HelpScout uses the email metadata and content to show us information about who you are and what we've had conversations about before.
Facebook _fbp, fr This cookies will help deliver our advertising to people who have already visited our website when they are on Facebook or a digital platform powered by Facebook Advertising.
